Workshops – We run educational filmmaking workshops for members and non-members for every season. Our Spring, Fall, and Winter sessions run the gamut from creative courses like “Screenwriting” or “Directing 101” to technical workshops centering on grip and lighting practices, utilizing the RED Scarlet camera, or Location Sound Recording. In the summer, we focus on “Summer Media Arts Camp” which is a how-to crash course for teens age 14 – 18 on the basics of film production, from scripting, principal photography, editing, and finally to exhibition.
